LILYPAD

We were so excited to work on this wedding.  We were given two blank canvaeses and the creative freedom designers dream of.  From whimsical Save The Date fortune tellers, custom made hay bale sofas and table scapes, personalized cake sketches, and guest list management we created an evening filled with the energies of love, friendship, and FUN.  To make the couple's wishes come true we took over the entire Freedom Run Winery.  We designed and hung the lighting in the barn, custom selected fabric for hay bale lounge-style seating during their "night-club" after dinner dance party, produced cohesive, custom designed paper/stationery items, developed and oversaw the logistics of the evening (bridal party itinerary, schedule of drop-offs, transportation, accommodations, all rental items for ceremony, dinner, and reception, coordinated entertainement (three different dj's/styles of music), mediated vendor billing discrepancies, and anything else needed to make sure the only thing the couple had to do was say "I Do"
